TECHNOXIDE is high quality, general purpose oxidized bitumen for various applications.

Method of Application :

• Heat the drum until the TECHNOXIDE starts melting at approximately 130ºC. Apply by roller. Squeegee or direct rolling to an average rate of 1Kg/sq. m.
• For hot mop application. The membrane should be applied while pouring to avoid re-cooling.

• TECHNOXIDE contain no solvent or other toxic material. As it is applied under high temperature extra care should be taken while handling. Use protective clothes including safety gloves, goggles, shoes and outfits. If any splashes against the body. Treat as burn and immediately ruche to medical attention.
• As material expand while heating allow enough space in the drum And never heat while the drum is closed .Open the top completely for full vapors distention. Continuously pick the material with a steel bar to reduce ballooning
